Will I Do Quarterly Goals This Year?

My Quarterly Goals posts went out the window last year, for obvious reasons, and I was really wondering if I wanted to start those up again this year. 

Having that public accountability did keep me on track for many tasks (a practice I borrowed a few years ago from author Jenna Moreci) and I got to celebrate when each one was checked off. 

I think, at least for the start of this year, I'll have my list of goals but they'll be more fluid. If I can check some or all of them off, great! But if not, it's not going to define how successful I feel as a writer.   

In the words of several Pirates of the Caribbean characters, "They're more like guidelines anyway".
